These terms govern your use of Daily AI Assistant ("the app"), an AI-powered personal assistant app for iOS and Android. The app is built and operated by an individual developer, not a company. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Daily AI Assistant lets you manage tasks, calendar events and reminders through conversation with an AI assistant, by typing or speaking. Some features — like connecting Google Calendar or voice input — are optional and require your explicit permission before they're enabled.
You sign in using your Google account. You're responsible for keeping your device and Google account secure. You must be able to lawfully use the app under the laws of your country and be old enough to consent to our Privacy Policy.

Responses, task suggestions, and briefings are generated by an AI model (via the Anthropic Claude API) and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your own judgment before relying on the app for anything important — like appointments, deadlines, or health- or safety-related matters.
The app relies on third-party services, including Google (Sign-In, Firebase, Calendar) and Anthropic (Claude API), to operate. Your use of those integrations is also subject to those providers' own terms, where applicable — for example, connecting Google Calendar is subject to Google's own terms of service for your Google account.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. As a small, independently operated app, we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the app will always meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed reminders, lost data, or reliance on AI-generated content.
Features may be added, changed, or removed over time, and these terms may be updated to reflect that. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You may stop using the app and request deletion of your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms.
